We are a full service property management company located in the heart of Whistler Village. Whistler Retreats prides itself on the level of experience and the quality of service provided to the property owner and our guests. Our management team consists of highly dedicated and knowledgeable resort specialists whose primary focus is to exceed our guests needs and expectations.
What We Do
Whistler Retreats provides many services that ensures each guest's stay is hassle-free. We also ensure the owner's property is well taken care of:
- Toll free 24 hour reservation line
- 24 hour check-in
- 24 hour concierge and guest services desk
- 24 hour on-call maintenance department
- Our own housekeeping staff
- Collection of full payment from each guest prior to arrival
- Signed credit card voucher to cover damages, etc…
- Detailed monthly statements
Whistler Retreats'Â property management commission rate is 39%. We offer one of the lowest rates in Whistler with the highest quality of service and revenue return.
