Whistler Family Entertainment

Whether summer or winter, there's a variety of activities that the whole family can enjoy. Movies, a heritage museum, an indoor climbing wall, a trapeze, in-line skate park, mini-golf, and even a mountain rollercoaster - something for everyone! Plus the Meadow Park Sports Centre is a full-facility recreation centre featuring a leisure and adult pool, fitness centre, spa, ice arena and squash courts.

SUMMER FUN FOR KIDS

A variety of supervised programs are available throughout the summer for tots, teens and those in between. From ski camps to day camps, kids can participate in activities such as hiking, biking, and swimming; or have fun learning a different language in the morning, and enjoying outdoor activities in the afternoon. Whistler's Parks and Recreation offers Camp Tiny Tyke, a morning and afternoon program for children 2 to 5 years old, and Camp Summer Sunsations, a daycamp for 6 to 12 year olds. Both progams run throughout the summer, and include activities such as swimming, arts and crafts, boardsailing, canoeing and in-line skating.

Whistler Summer KIDS

A daily drop-in program for children ages 18 months to 12 years offered by Whistler/Blackcomb. In our mountain playground, the opportunities for adventure are endless. Activities include hiking, canoeing, windsurfing, arts and crafts, wildlife and nature discussions and more!

KIDS WINTER ACTION

Whistler/Blackcomb offers a variety of Children's On-Snow Programs. Whistler Kids offers various skiing and snowboarding programs to children of all ability levels, ages 3 to 17 years. The instructors are professional skiers and riders who know the Mountains, the best techniques for teaching and most importantly, they know kids. The Children's Learning Centre on Whistler Mountain, and the Kids Adventure Park on Blackcomb Mountain give kids all the room they need to learn and play. For those just starting out, the Magic Carpets will get them to the top of private, gentle slopes with all the convenience of a moving sidewalk. Along with daily ski and snowboard lessons, the mountains offer a five-day (Monday to Friday) Adventure Camp. Kids are assigned to groups according to age and ability level, and stay with the same instructor for an action-packed week of fun and friendships. The program also includes an apres event! For the teens, Free Ski and Ride Tribe programs take all levels of skiers and snowboarders for some high action fun. With our Pros as their guides, teens will improve their technique while discovering much of the vast terrain that both mountains offer. And the fun doesn't stop when the lifts shut down. Kid's Night Out is offered on select weeks throughout the season.
