Checking-in with Whistler Retreats

Thank-you for choosing Whistler Retreats for your vacation plans. Although you will receive specific instructions for check-in from our reservation agents prior to your scheduled arrival date, we would also like to provide some basic instructions here should you need them.

Important Reminder

Whistler Retreats enforces a strict age policy - the cardholder and majority of occupants must be at least 25 years of age, with the exception of families with small children*. Guests who do not meet the age policy requirement(s) will not be permitted to check in and will forfeit their lodging reservation and all deposits paid. *Refer to our Policies for more information.

Credit Card Pre-Authorization

A valid, signed credit card imprint and a $500 to $1500 credit card pre-authorization (or equivalent cash deposit in Canadian funds) are required at check-in. Please note that the pre-authorization will be processed on your scheduled arrival date, on the credit card provided at the time of booking. Please advise Whistler Retreats prior to your arrival date if you would like to use another credit card for the pre-authorization.

Check-In Instructions

As our check-in desk is not open 24hrs, please ensure that you read through the instructions that will be emailed to you once you have confirmed your reservation with Whistler Retreats.

During office hours, all guests are asked to check in at our Marketplace Lodge front desk, located at 105-4360 Lorimer Rd, Whistler. Should you be arriving after our scheduled closing time, please refer to the After-Hours check-in instructions that you will receive with your confirmation email.
